Roles and Responsibilities of the Cultural Coordinator

Role of Nature club coordinator
- Prepare action plan in the beginning of the year
- Appoint student coordinator and delegate the responsibilities
- Coordinate all club activities throughout the year
- Keep record of all the club activities and attendance of the members
- Create awareness about nature and its importance through various programs.
- Organize mass cleaning camping at least twice a year
- Ensure beautiful look of the school surrounding all the time.
- Review the club activities twice a year and work accordingly
- Prepare club report at the end of the year.
Roles of TRC coordinator
- Identify the areas on which PD program is necessary to conduct
- Prepare the PD schedule in consultation with the staff.
- Coordinate the PD program/ SBIP as per the schedule.
- Provide necessary support from the TRC office
- Facilitate the PD program in the school
- Invite the guest resource person / facilitator
- Documenting the PD program conducted
- Reporting to the concerned authority
Role of Focal Agriculture Teacher
- Advocate student to join in school agriculture program.
- Prepare work plans for planting seasonal vegetables.
- Maintain register for member attendance and sales register.
- Report the absentees to the club committee for necessary action.
- Encourage collaborative group gardening competitions.
- Proper implementation of farming activities both theoretical and practical.
- Procure and distribution of seeds, manure and tools.
- Equal distribution of land to the collaborative groups.
- Preparation and submission of progress reports to the DSE.
- Presentation of closing balance to the staff.
Role of School Level auditing committee/coordinator
- Discuss the general principle that all committee member should be aware off.
- Prepare a schedule for auditing different stake holder and inform them accordingly.
- Identify the area of auditing and delegate the responsibilities to the committee members.
- Coordinator shall lead the committee members in the field in carrying out auditing.
- The committee shall give recommendation or necessary measures to the concerned stake holder for efficiency, accountability and transparency.
- The committee shall prepare the final audit report and submit to the management for information and necessary action.
Roles and responsibility of the School Sports Instructor (SSI)
- Coordinate and carry out any games and sports activities of the school as per the calendar.
- Taking care of all games and sport items or equipment.
- Maintaining of proper sports stock register
- Making the sports instruments available to the students whenever needed.
- Put requisition for sport goods with appraisal from the sports committee.
- Prepare and facilitate the students for different sports competitions.
- Encourage and motivate children to participate in games and sports.
- Conduct HPE classes
- Maintaining of play ground and ground preparation (arrangement) for all the sports discipline.
Roles and responsibilities of Health in charge
- Prepare a work plan with specific goals and objectives for the year.
- Create awareness about personal hygiene and cleanliness among the students through meaningful activities.
- Constantly checking the personal hygiene of students.
- Ensure proper cleanliness among the students.
- Ensure proper sanitation within the school premises.
- Maintain first aid box and issue register.
- Study the health records of the students and make necessary referral.
- Maintain records of the students with severe health problems for assistance from BHU and Dzongkhag hospital.
- Prepare requisition for first aid/other tablets.
- Organize health related activities.
- Consult the parents of sick children if the case is serious.
- Give Vit-A, iron and De-worming tablet according to the date specified.
- Recognize and award certificate to the best/sincere club member.
Roles of Literary in-charge
- Prepare sound club action plan to keep the members interest at paramount throughout.
- Enrich the club members on literary skills- reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Prepare annual literary magazine based on the edited student-members literary piece.
- Organize annual reading festival so as to fascinate and cherish good reading habits in every toddling reader (end of reading week).
- Compile literary pieces for final literary club exhibition.
- Organize literary activities and competitions among the houses/classes.
- Encourage all students to participate in literary activities (mass participation).

Roles of laboratory assistant
- Prepare and maintain stock register for accountability.

- Should be responsible for any breakdown or misplaced equipment.

Roles of Librarian/Library Assistant
